Terms of Service

Stealth IQ ("the Service") is operated by Eduardo Faroni, doing business as Guarana Lab ("Stealth IQ", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Service Description

Stealth IQ is an AI-powered lead intelligence platform that integrates with GoHighLevel CRM, Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), and Fireflies to help businesses identify, score, and prioritize sales leads. The Service analyzes CRM data, conversation history, email content, and meeting transcripts to generate lead scores, insights, and recommended action plans.

4. User Accounts & Authentication

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to collect or store personal data about others without proper consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

You may cancel at any time; your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. We may change our prices or plan features; we will provide notice of material pricing changes by updating these Terms, and changes take effect on your next renewal.

7. Data & Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms on your behalf, including GoHighLevel, Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), and Fireflies. To provide its features, the Service transmits relevant data to third-party AI providers for inference (scoring and analysis) and to the infrastructure providers that host the Service. You represent that you have the necessary permissions, authority, and consent to grant Stealth IQ access to these accounts and the data contained within them, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any connected third-party platform. 8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Stealth IQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated scores, insights, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stealth IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event will our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealth IQ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including the rights of the individuals whose data you process through the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by deleting your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
