This page explains how to disconnect the services you've connected to Stealth IQ, revoke our access, delete your data or account, and how we protect your information. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect Google or Microsoft
You can revoke Stealth IQ's access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time, directly with the provider:
- Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Stealth IQ from your connected apps.
- Microsoft: visit your Microsoft account app access settings and remove Stealth IQ.
You can also disconnect from within Stealth IQ (Dashboard → Setup → Email Connection). In-app disconnect permanently deletes the emails we synced from your account for that provider. For Google, it also revokes Stealth IQ's access with Google directly. For Microsoft, it removes the stored connection, but Microsoft does not offer a programmatic revocation—use the link above to fully revoke access.
Disconnect GoHighLevel or Fireflies
To disconnect GoHighLevel, remove the connection in your Stealth IQ settings, and also uninstall the Stealth IQ app from your GoHighLevel location to revoke the authorization at the source. To disconnect Fireflies, remove the API key in your Stealth IQ settings; you can also rotate or delete that key within Fireflies to be certain it can no longer be used.
Delete Imported Email or CRM Data
Disconnecting Google or Microsoft in-app permanently deletes the emails we synced from that account. Much of your other imported data is cleared automatically on a rolling basis: CRM contacts and related records refresh on roughly a 7-day cycle, and conversations and transcripts are cleaned up on roughly a 30-day cycle once they are no longer present at the source.
We do not yet offer a self-service "delete all imported data" button. If you want your imported email or CRM data removed on demand, email us (see below) and we'll take care of it.
Delete Your Account
Deleting your organization permanently deletes the data associated with it—your imported contacts, CRM data, meeting transcripts, synced emails, AI scores, and follow-up sequences—from our systems within 24 hours (attached files clear within a further ~48 hours). Deletion is final. We retain minimal records of messages sent through Stealth IQ (recipient, subject, a snapshot of the message, and timestamp) and non-content usage metrics, for audit and billing integrity. If you'd prefer, email us and we'll delete your account and associated data for you.
Request Deletion by Email
To request deletion of any data or your entire account, email efaroni@guaranalab.com. We typically respond within one business day.
What May Remain in Backups
After deletion, residual copies of your data may persist for up to six hours in our database provider's point-in-time restore history before aging out automatically. Restore history is used only for disaster recovery and is not accessed in the ordinary course of business.
How We Protect Your Data
- All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.
- Our databases and file storage are encrypted at rest at the infrastructure layer.
- Integration credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens are additionally encrypted at rest at the application layer.
- Access is protected by authenticated accounts, and your data is isolated per organization.
- Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- We do not sell your data.
